I recently purchased a home built by E.T. Developments, I had some last minute changes that not only were fit in but done so well that you would think it was part of the original plans. We have now lived in it for awhile and I am surprised how well built the home is and how the detail work is spot on. From what I have heard from other new build purchasers there is always little things that show up after you purchase but I can honestly say that I haven’t seen or experienced anything less than perfect.
